船用大功率柴油机工作过程计算分析与试验研究

摘要:利用AVL BOOST软件对某船用主机的工作过程进行了模拟计算,并利用试验数据对模型进行验证。在模型准确的基础上,计算了该柴油机的螺旋桨推进特性,并对计算数据和试验数据进行了对比分析;在柴油机标准工况和部分负荷下,分析了不同压缩比对其性能指标的影响规律,分析表明:在达到动力性及经济性要求的前提下,同时考虑机械负荷、热负荷以及冷启动等因素,压缩比设置在11.7~12.1间较好。

Calculation Analysis and Test Research on Marine Large Power Diesel Engine’s Working Condition

Abstract:The working condition of a marine main engine was simulated using AVL BOOST software, and then the model was verified through experimental data. Based on the correct model, the propulsion characteristics of the diesel engine’s propeller were calculated, and the calculation data and experimental data were compared with each other. Under standard operation condition and part load condition, the rule of how different compression ratio effecting the performance index is analyzed, and the results show that with the premise of ensuring good power and economic performance, and considering the factors of mechanical load, thermal load and cold start, the compression ratio should be set at 11.7~12.1.
