摘要:针对某型发动机工作时噪声过大,活塞磨损严重这一问题,采用激光光刀三维扫描技术对活塞的外形进行检测,获得其外形数据及关键部位尺寸;通过粗糙度分析,研究关心区域的磨损情况。研究结果表明:过度磨损系活塞变形造成;研究同时表明:激光光刀三维扫描系统因其使用环境要求低,属非接触式测量,使用简便,测量精度高、范围广,可在实际工程得到进一步的应用。 |

Abstract:One type of engine had the problem of big noise and serious piston wearing. Using laser knife 3D scan technology to detect the contour, thus obtained the contour data and diameters of the key locations. By roughness analysis, the wearing condition of the concerned areas was studied. The research results showed that the over-wearing was caused by deformation of the piston. Moreover, as laser knife 3D scan system has little requirements on application environment, and is one kind of non-contact measurement, it is easy for operation, has high accuracy and wide application range, and therefore could be used in further engineering application. |
