摘要:从船舶扭振基本原理和优化设计理论出发,并结合实船案例,介绍了通过从主机内部配置着手,考虑加重飞轮,增加调频轮,改变轴系参数,包括中间轴和螺旋桨轴的直径和材料抗拉强度等,改变螺旋桨参数等轴系优化方案来降低船舶轴系扭振应力振幅,以满足船级社的有关规定;并可供船厂和主机厂应对船舶行业降本增益要求参考。 |

Abstract:Based on the vibration theory of ships and optimum design theory, and combined with cases of actual ships, the optimized design methods to reduce the shafting vibration of ships are introduced, starting from changing inner configuration of engine. Firstly, take increasing flywheel weight and number of tuning wheels into consideration; secondly, change shafting parameters, including diameter of intermediate shaft and propeller shaft, tensile strength of materials, etc.; finally, change propeller parameters. These methods can help to meet vibration requirements put forward by Classification Society. This analysis is valuable for shipyards and main engine producers, which offers guidance for how to face the development of ship industry and achieve cost-reduction and profit-increase at the same time. |
