摘要:针对匹配皮卡车型开发的CA4DC2-10E3V柴油机,在发动机试验台架上进行了喷油器、油嘴凸出高度、静态供油提前角和EGR的标定优化匹配。皮卡在底盘测功机上,通过匹配氧化型催化转化器和提前角的标定,排放通过了国Ⅲ限值;且整车排放循环油耗为8.4( L(100km)-1)。 |

Abstract:As for CA4DC2-10E3V diesel engine matching pickup, calibration optimum matching was carried out on an engine test bench from the aspects of injector,injector bulge height,static fuel supply advance angle and EGR. On the roller test bed, through matching diesel oxidation catalytic converter and fuel supply advance angle calibration, the emissions met China Ⅲ emission legislation, BSFC of pickup emission cycle reached 8.4(L·(100km)-1). |
