摘要:针对活塞销座必须有足够的承载能力以适应越来越苛刻的工作条件:更高的最高燃烧压力和升功率,在分析销座承载能力影响因素的基础上,从增加销座与销之间接触面积的角度出发,对平行销座的间距优化、楔形或者阶梯形销座的设计进行了阐述。试验结果表明:采用楔形及阶梯形销座的活塞设计行之有效。 |

Abstract:The piston pin boss must have enough loading capability to survive under the more and more critical working condition, which are high peak cylinder pressure and high thermal load. Based on the analysis of influencing factors for loading capability, pin boss spacing optimization for parallel pin boss, design of trapezoidal or steeped pin boss are expounded, with the aim to increase the contacting area between pin boss and pin. Engine tests show that both pistons with trapezoidal pin boss and pistons with stepped pin boss show favorable results. |
