柴油机并车装置的控制策略研究

摘要:以并列调速控制法为基础,融合功率均衡调速器法和主从调速器法的优点,提出了应用燃油齿条位移量计算得到柴油机功率,使两台柴油机达到输出功率均衡控制的方法,实现了异型柴油机之间的并车控制及功率均衡等控制功能。并从控制原理角度对实际应用过程中遇到的问题提出安全保障措施。

Control Strategy of Diesel Engine’s Parallel Running

Abstract:Based on parallel speed regulating control method, and combining the merits of power balance controller method and primary-subordinate governor method, the method of using fuel rack displacement to calculate diesel engine power, and make the two different engines’ load distribute eqally was put forward. It can realize the control function of parallel running of different engines and equally distribution of load. Moreover, some security measures are advanced by the control theory to solve the problems in application.
