| 摘要:针对国产化后的船用柴油机在整机可靠性和零部件寿命方面与进口产品存在较大差距的问题,通过分析几例柴油机零部件发生的故障,阐明:零部件国产化过程中应注重工艺过程的控制,在消化国外工艺过程的基础上结合自己的特长进行工艺改进；对原进口零部件存在的问题应督促国外厂商进行改进,以满足用户需求。 |

| Improvement of Domestically Manufacturing of Marine Diesel Engine Parts |

| Abstract:Facing the big gap between domestically manufactured marine diesel engines and imported ones on the aspects of whole engine reliability and components life time, analysis was carried out on some diesel engines with components failures. The fault analysis show that during the domestically manufacturing process, the control of technology should be paid attentions to, and on the basis of studying foreign technology, improvement should be carried out combined with our own advantages. Moreover, if there are some problems with imported components, we should urge foreign companies to improve these components to satisfy customers’ requirements. |
