摘要:利用CFD软件对TBD234共轨柴油机的喷油器内流场进行流体动力学仿真;对燃烧室进行实体建模,建立喷雾燃烧模型;将内流场的计算结果作为喷雾模型的边界条件,完善喷雾燃烧模型,使模型考虑喷嘴的结构及喷孔内部的燃油流动特性对雾化的影响。对喷雾过程进行拍照试验,将各个时刻的FIRE仿真喷雾图像和试验得到的喷雾图像进行比较,验证了模型的正确。研究结果表明,该模型可用于高压共轨燃油喷射过程的研究。 |

Simulation Research of Fuel Injection Process Coupling with Nozzle Internal Flow Based on CFD |

Abstract:Fluid dynamics simulation was carried out on internal flow field of TBD234 common rail diesel engine\'s injectors using CFD software, and solid model of the combustion chamber was built, as well spray combustion model. The computational results of internal flow field were set as the boundary conditions of spray model and the spray combustion model was optimized, considering the influence on atomization by nozzle\'s structure and the flow characteristics of fuel inside the nozzle. The process of spray was picture-tested and the results show that this model could be applied on the research of fuel injection process of high pressure common rail. |
