| 摘要:详细介绍了某中速大功率长冲程单缸柴油机平衡装置中的平衡轮系平衡块、曲轴平衡重、飞轮的设计方法；通过AVL Excite Designer软件仿真软件,对单缸机的往复惯性力、离心惯性力的平衡状态进行了分析,并对单缸机回转不均匀度进行了计算校核。分析表明:所设计的平衡装置满足设计要求。 |

| The Equilibrator Design of the Medium-speed High-power Long-stroke Single-cylinder Diesel Engine |

| Abstract:The design methods of the balance wheels and the crankshaft counterweights as well as the flywheel in the equilibrator are described in detail. By using the simulation calculation software of AVL Excite Designer, the balance states of the reciprocating inertia forces and the centrifugal inertia forces of the single cylinder diesel engine are analyzed and the speed irregularity of the diesel engine are calculated and verified. The analysis results show that the equilibrator can satisfy the design requirements. |
