| 摘要:通过分析柴油机钟形罩制造技术开发过程中的工艺难点,着重阐述了钟形罩制造工艺过程中可能产生的问题,并针对这些问题开发了合理的工艺流程、设计了相应的工装和刀具,保证了钟形罩制造过程中的尺寸精度和形位公差要求,经小批量试生产证明,采用传统工艺及工装能完成有很高精度要求的钟形罩的制造。 |

| Research and Development of the Manufacturing Technology for Diesel Engine's Bell Housing |

| Abstract:The difficulties met in the manufacturing of diesel engine's bell housing are analyzed for its technology development. The problems which may occur during the manufacturing is discussed specifically. Rational technological process, as well as applicable fixtures and cutting tools were developed with a view to solving these problems, which guarantee the dimension precision and tolerance requirements. Small-batch trail production verifies that traditional technology and fixtures can satisfy the high-precision requirements for the manufacturing of bell housing. |
