船用柴油机数字化协同设计方法研究

摘要:通过对国内外船用柴油机设计方法、手段现状的分析,对传统设计模式进行了归纳,并总结了其局限性和缺点。对采用Top-down设计思想的船用柴油机数字化协同设计方法进行了研究,对其特点及关键技术进行了归纳。最后以某型柴油机为例,根据Top-down的设计思想,基于协同设计平台,详细介绍了船用柴油机数字化协同设计流程和方法。

Research on Digital and Cooperative Design Method for Marine Diesel Engine

Abstract:Based on the analysis of available diesel engine design methods and means both home and abroad, the traditional design modes are summarized and their limitation and disadvantages are given. Digital and cooperative design method for the marine diesel engine adopting Top-down design philosophy is studied and its features and key technical points are concluded. Finally, based on Top-down and cooperative design platform, a certain diesel engine was taken as an example to introduce the process and method of digital and cooperative design for marine diesel engine.
