摘要:对柴油机预混合燃烧、低温扩散燃烧、高强化超清洁燃烧、当量比燃烧等新型燃烧方式进行了概述;介绍了分开循环发动机的工作原理;提出了低压缩比、高升压比、高膨胀比的复合热力循环和建立在该循环基础之上的复合发动机概念。首次披露了贯穿距可设定的、具有高雾化性能的交叉喷孔喷嘴,该喷嘴除了用于柴油机外,还可以用于直喷式汽油机等装置。 |

Explorations on Diesel Engine Combustion |

Abstract:Several recently developed combustion concepts for diesel engines, including premixed combustion, low temperature diffusion combustion, high-intensified super-clean combustion and stoichiometric combustion, are briefly reviewed. And the operation principles of split-cycle engine is introduced. And then, the hybrid cycle concept, which is featured with low compression ratio, high step-up ratio and high expansion ratio, as well as the hybrid engine concept which is based on the hybrid cycle, are proposed. Finally, a novel type of nozzle, the intersect hole nozzle, which is featured with designable spray penetration and excellent atomization, is introduced for the first time. This type of nozzle can be used in diesel engines and direct injection gasoline engines. |
