摘要:介绍了一种新型电控喷油器的工作原理及特点,利用Amesim软件建立了该喷油器的仿真模型,提出了五个无因次量,分析了这五个无因次量对其性能的影响,并利用正交表对影响因素的大小排序,优选出关键结构参数的方案,为电控喷油器结构设计中性能主次影响因素的选择提供了依据。 |

Abstract:Operation principles and characteristics of a new type common rail injector are introduced. Its numerical model was built based on AMESim software. 5 non-dimensional parameters was set to analyze their effects on injector’s performance. Orthogonal array was used to estimate the degree of influence caused by each parameter, and the optimized structure parameters are obtained, which could be a design reference for injector parameters trade-off in the future. |
