摘    要:本文阐述用HLB值法筛选和复配乳化剂的研究和在1135柴油机上进行的乳化柴油台架试验。试验结果表明该型乳化油与O#柴油相比平均节油率不低于10%,主要排放物NOx、碳烟降低40%以上,同时排温和最高燃烧压力降低。文章还分析了影响乳化油燃烧效果的主要因素。

Abstract:Investigation in emulsifier screening and re-mixing by using the method of Hydrophile-Lipophile-Balance valueis expounded, and so is the bench test of an emulsified diesel oil carried out on a 1135 diesel engine, which has shown a fuelsaving of no less than 10% on average and a reduction in NOx and soot emissions of more than 40%, with the engineexhaust temperature and, max combustion pressure either being lowered. In the paper, discussion is also made on the majorfactors that influence the combustion effect of an emulsified fuel.
