喷油器电磁阀电流反馈驱动控制研究

摘要:采用Simulink建立了喷油器电磁阀的数学模型,根据电流反馈控制思路开展喷油器驱动控制技术研究。设计了电流反馈控制型高低压分时驱动电路,并采用Multisim软件对该驱动电路进行仿真。仿真结果表明:该电路可通过峰值电流、维持电流反馈回路自动控制驱动电流的大小。针对某型喷油器进行了驱动试验,结果表明:喷油器电磁阀模型准确,电流反馈控制驱动电路性能优良。

Research on Current Feedback Driving Control of Injector Solenoid Valve

Abstract:The mathematical model of injector solenoid valve was established using Simulink, and the method of current feedback control was applied to research the injector driving control technology. The high and low voltage time-sharing driving circuit was designed with current feedback control technology, and using Multisim to simulate the driving circuit. The simulation results show that the driving current can be adjusted automatically according to the pre-set peak current and holding current feed back circuit. The driving experiment on certain injector were carried out. The experimental result verifies the precision of the model of injector solenoid valve and good performance of driving circuit.
