超高压共轨系统时序控制研究

摘要:以超高压燃油喷射控制为目的,开展了基于燃油增压器的超高压共轨系统时序控制研究。根据6缸V型发动机的曲轴和凸轮信号特点,设计了位置同步策略;在此基础上,针对超高压共轨系统增压和喷油双电磁阀控制,开展了时序控制方法研究,并利用单片机内置的增强型时间处理单元进行了设计与实现。采用逻辑分析仪开展了时序控制软件测试,结果表明:超高压共轨系统的时序控制精确、灵活,对超高压共轨系统的燃油喷射控制具有重要意义。

Research on Timing Control of Ultra High Pressure Common Rail System

Abstract:To realize ultra high pressure fuel injection control,the research of ultra high pressure common rail system timing control based on fuel turbocharger was carried out. According to the characteristics of 6 cylinder V-type engine's crankshaft and cam signals, position synchronization strategy was designed. On this basis, the research of timing control for ultra high pressure common rail system boost and injection dual solenoid control was conducted,and SCM built-in enhanced time processing unit was employed to design and realize it. Moreover, timing control software test was done using logic analyzer, and the results showed that, ultra high pressure common rail system timing control was accurate and flexible, which had an important significance for ultra high pressure common rail fuel injection control.
