摘要:采用三维非定常流动计算对某大功率六缸柴油机的脉冲排气系统进行了研究。计算物理模型采用Fluent多面体网格单元,排气管进口边界条件由发动机工作过程模拟软件GT-Power给定,湍流模型采用标准k-ε模型;结合对排气管开启、关闭时刻点以及排气最大流量点的分析,探讨了该脉冲排气系统的流动特性;并提出了优化方案。 |

Abstract:Calculation of three-dimensional unsteady flow for the pulse exhaust system of a 6-cylinder diesel engine was carried out. For the actual exhaust manifold shape, the Fluent polyhedral mesh cells were used for calculating the physical model, the 1D GT-Power results for performance calculation were used as the boundary conditions of exhaust manifold, and the standard k-ε model was used as the turbulent model. The flow mechanism of pulse exhaust system was discussed by analyzing opening points, closing points and max mass flow points of exhaust manifold, and the optimization program was given. |
